Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Officer to ensure a safe, compliant working environment across our operations. The role will oversee HSE procedures, risk assessments, inspections, incident management, and safety awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company policies.Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.Monitor high-risk activities and ensure proper safety controls.Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training.Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.Maintain HSE records, reports, and compliance documentation.Ensure fire safety, first aid, PPE, and emergency procedures are maintained.Coordinate emergency drills and evacuation procedures.Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Security, and Management.Prepare regular HSE reports and support continuous safety improvement.RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor’s in HSE, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.2–3 years of relevant HSE experience.Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safety standards.NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or similar certification preferred.Experience in risk assessments, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Proactive and able to work independently.
