Health And Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and oversee health and safety standards across our corporate offices and multiple operational facilities throughout Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement company-wide HSE policies, procedures, and strategies.Ensure compliance with Saudi health and safety regulations and applicable international standards.Oversee safety inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits across corporate and operational locations.Manage incident investigations, emergency preparedness, and corrective action plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture.Monitor safety performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.7–10 years of relevant HSE experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Experience managing health and safety across multiple locations.Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and compliance requirements.NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO 45001 qualifications are preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
