We're Hiring: Health Psychologist (First Consultation & Behavioral Expert)Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-timeWe’re looking for a Weight Loss Psychologist who is not only passionate about behaviour change and mental wellness—but also deeply skilled at guiding new prospects through their first interaction with our program.This is a role that combines psychology, behavioural assessment, and first-consultation sales.

You’ll be the first point of contact for people exploring our program, helping them understand their own challenges, educating them on how our approach works, and supporting them through enrollment.About the RoleIn this role, you’ll conduct in-depth first consultations with new prospects—understanding their lifestyle, health history, behavioural patterns, work/stress environment, and weight-loss challenges. You’ll also explain our program structure, what makes us different, and pricing options.Your goal is to (1) help prospects feel heard and understood and (2) guide interested individuals smoothly toward enrolling and onboarding.Alongside this, you’ll collaborate with our care team to shape personalised treatment plans, contribute to program development, and support sustainable behavioural and psychological change in patients who join.What You'll DoPrimary Responsibilities (Prospect Consultation & Enrolment)Conduct structured first consultations to evaluate prospects’ lifestyle, medical background, mindset, and weight-loss challengesExplain our program in detail, including methodology, behavioural science approach, differentiation, timelines, and pricingBuild trust and rapport to help prospects make confident, informed decisionsFollow up with interested individuals via calls or messages until they enrolMaintain high-quality documentation of prospect interactions and progress through the evaluation processCollaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the consultation and onboarding experienceClinical & Behavioural ResponsibilitiesSupport development of individualised treatment plans for enrolled clientsProvide psychological insights on emotional eating, stress triggers, habits, and body imageAssist in designing program modules rooted in behavioural science and sustainable habit formationParticipate in interdisciplinary discussions with dietitians, physicians, and coachesContribute to evolving the program to better address mental health triggers and long-term behavioural changeWhat We're Looking ForMaster’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counselling, Clinical Social Work, or a related fieldActive licensure (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)Strong communication and interpersonal skills—ability to connect quickly and inspire trustExperience in behavioural health, weight management, emotional eating, or health psychologyComfort with consultative conversations that combine empathy, assessment, and guidance toward program enrollmentHighly organised with strong follow-up disciplineBonus: Experience in wellness, medical weight loss, coaching, or bariatric settingsWhy You'll Love This RoleYou get to be the first impact on someone’s health transformationA blend of clinical psychology, human behaviour insights, and high-engagement consultationsMission-driven, supportive team environmentOpportunities to shape and evolve a cutting-edge behavioural weight-loss programFlexible schedule optionsCompetitive compensation + performance incentivesCompensationUp to INR 8,00,000 per annum (including variable pay)If you want to join a fast-growing rocket-ship and think you can hit the ground running, we look forward to hearing from you.
