Health, Safety & Environment Trainer

Key RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.NEBOSH qualification is mandatory. (OSHA/IOSH will be an added advantage.)Train-the-Trainer Certification preferred.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HSE Training or a similar role.Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Mandatory).UAE Driving License (Mandatory).Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of UAE and international HSE regulations and standards.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Health, Safety & Environment training programs to employees and clients.Conduct HSE Induction, Risk Assessment, Fire Safety, Emergency Response, First Aid, Working at Height, Confined Space, Manual Handling, PPE, and other safety-related training.Prepare professional training presentations, manuals, handouts, and assessments.Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and certification documentation.Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness campaigns.Support HSE audits, inspections, and compliance activities.Assist in incident investigations and incorporate lessons learned into future training.Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure successful training delivery.Travel to client locations across the UAE to conduct training sessions.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent presentation and public speaking skills.Strong understanding of adult learning techniques.Ability to motivate and engage trainees.Professional attitude with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure.What We OfferCompetitive Salary (Based on Experience)Company Visa & Benefits as per UAE Labor LawProfessional Working EnvironmentCareer Growth OpportunitiesContinuous Professional DevelopmentApply Now: hr@lifelinegcc.comContact: +971 4 339 2800Life Line Safety Consultancy LLCTogether We Can Make a Safe Workplace.
