Health Safety Environment Engineer

We are looking for an HSE Engineer to join our team and support the implementation and management of occupational health and safety requirements across projects and field operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HSE plans.Prepare Risk Registers and conduct risk assessments.Review HSE plans and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.Monitor emergency, evacuation, and incident response plans.Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports.Conduct field inspections and follow up on identified hazards.Monitor the safety of construction, restoration, excavation, and infrastructure works.Review HSE plans and risk assessments for events and monitor crowd safety.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Field experience in HSE and construction/restoration risk management.Experience with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001.NEBOSH / OSHA certifications.Knowledge of relevant Saudi HSE regulations and requirements.Good command of English.Strong reporting, communication, and contractor management skills.
