Health Safety Environment Officer - 6 Months Contract

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.Monitor compliance with PPE, Permit to Work (PTW) and safe working procedures.Conduct Risk Assessments, HIRA/JSA and hazard identification.Monitor contractor and subcontractor HSE compliance.Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and awareness sessions.Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Track and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, hot work, lifting operations, electrical work and confined-space activities, as applicable.Support emergency preparedness, evacuation and fire/safety drills.Maintain HSE documentation, inspection reports, incident records and training records.Ensure compliance with applicable UAE/client HSE standards and procedures.Immediately report and escalate serious safety violations or hazardous conditions
