Health Safety Environment Officer

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Health Safety Environment (HSE) Officer role based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The HSE Officer will monitor and promote health, safety, and environmental practices on site, ensuring adherence to local regulations, company policies, and client requirements.Salary: AED 4000 - 5000 (+FAT)Availability: Immediately (Freelance / Visit visa only)ResponsibilitiesConducting risk assessments, safety inspections, toolbox talks, and incident investigations, as well as recommending corrective and preventive actions.Developing and implementing HSE plans and procedures, maintaining safety records and reports, and coordinating with project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to support a strong safety culture.Delivering safety inductions and awareness sessions to personnel and supporting continuous improvement in HSE performance.QualificationsADNOC Approved candidate preferred.NEBOSH IGC certified. Additional HSE or safety training certifications are an advantage.Bachelors or Diploma in any field. MOFA attestation preferred.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HSE roles within construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or manufacturing, preferably in on-site environments. Gulf experience preferred.Strong communication, observation, and influencing skills, with the ability to conduct training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
