Health Safety Environment Officer

This role is designed for highly qualified and rigorous safety professionals who want to lead on-site compliance and risk management across major infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project execution teams to enforce stringent corporate and authority safety standards, manage comprehensive Permit to Work (PTW) systems, and ensure total compliance with regional regulatory frameworks.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & ResearchAssist the management team with:Hazard identification and comprehensive risk assessmentsProject safety planning and site inspection protocolsLocal utility authority regulation analysisEmergency response strategy brainstormingPreparing HSE presentations and regulatory reportsResearch evolving health and safety codes, regional utility guidelines, and modern construction safety trends.Support the project management team in implementing proactive risk mitigation strategies and corporate safety initiatives.Partnerships & Business DevelopmentOne of the key responsibilities of this role is helping maintain our compliance network and strategic stakeholder alignment.
