Health Safety Environment Officer

HSE OFFICER – VILLA PROJECTSProject: Luxury / Residential Villa ProjectsWe are looking for an experienced and proactive HSE Officer to join our team for luxury villa construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing site HSE requirements, monitoring construction activities, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and project safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.Ensure compliance with project HSE procedures, UAE regulations, and company safety standards.Prepare and review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work requirements.Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness training.Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, hot works, and electrical works.Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safe working practices.Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and safety observations and recommend corrective actions.Monitor housekeeping, access, emergency arrangements, and welfare facilities.Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, subcontractors, and site teams on HSE matters.Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and safety records.Participate in HSE audits and inspections and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.Promote a strong safety culture and zero-accident environment across the project.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of UAE construction HSE experience.Mandatory experience in villa / luxury residential construction projects.NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.IOSH / OSHA certification is an advantage.Strong knowledge of UAE construction HSE regulations and safety practices.Good knowledge of RAMS, Risk Assessment, PTW, incident reporting, and HSE documentation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Immediate joiners / candidates available within short notice are preferred..
