The HSE Officer will oversee workplace health, safety, and environmental practices across projects and facilities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, inspections, and audits; developing and implementing HSE procedures; and monitoring safe work practices on-site. The role involves delivering safety training and awareness programs, investigating incidents and near-misses, preparing reports, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The HSE Officer will collaborate with project teams and management to foster a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Health & Safety and Workplace Safety practices, with the ability to implement and monitor safety standards.Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health, including risk assessment and incident investigation.Relevant professional certification such as NEBOSH or equivalent HSE qualification.Familiarity with applicable HSE laws, regulations, and industry best practices, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or related sectors.Effective communication and training skills, with the ability to engage team members at all levels in safety initiatives.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to produce clear reports and documentation.Proven ability to work on-site, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and respond promptly to HSE issues.kDiploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Salary Package : Aed 2500 - Aed 3000
