As part of its next phase of growth, there is a significant focus on strengthening operational standards while investing in the development and progression of Saudi professionals across the organisation.We are currently looking for Saudi National HSE Officers / Inspectors to join the organisation in Dammam, with multiple opportunities available.For an HSE professional looking to build their career, this provides the opportunity to gain exposure across a large and diverse operational environment, while joining an established organisation offering long-term stability and future career development.The RoleYou will work closely with operational teams to maintain safe working environments, monitor compliance and support the continued development of HSE standards across the organisation.Key responsibilities will include:Conducting workplace HSE inspections and identifying potential hazards.Supporting implementation of HSE policies, procedures and standards.Monitoring compliance with applicable safety and environmental requirements.Supporting risk assessments and preventative actions.Assisting with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.Participating in toolbox talks, safety briefings and awareness programmes.Maintaining accurate HSE records, inspection reports and documentation.Working directly with operational teams to promote safe working practices.Identifying and escalating significant hazards or areas of non-compliance.Supporting continuous improvement in HSE performance.What We're Looking ForSaudi National.Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Management or a related field.Ideally 3–5 years' relevant experience within HSE, safety, compliance or audit.Practical understanding of safety governance, risk management and environmental compliance.Ability to conduct inspections, identify hazards and support effective corrective actions.Good communication and reporting skills.Confidence working directly with operational and site-based teams.Experience within construction, logistics, industrial or service-based operations would be beneficial.Relevant HSE certifications would be advantageous.Able to work onsite in Dammam.SalarySAR 6,450 per month standard + company benefits
