Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAbout the RoleYou'll be responsible for implementing our Health, Safety & Environment Management System on-site, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company standards, and ISO 45001 & 14001, while helping build a strong safety culture across the workforce.What You'll DoImplement and monitor the HSE Management System at site level.Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe conditions or practices.Perform risk assessments and support the development of safe work procedures.Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness sessions.Investigate incidents and near misses, and prepare root cause analysis reports.Monitor subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements.Maintain HSE documentation in line with ISO 45001, 14001, and local regulations.Support emergency preparedness planning and drills.Report on HSE performance to management.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.Professional HSE certification (NEBOSH IGC or equivalent).Knowledge of ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.5–7 years of HSE experience in the construction industry.Strong grounding in risk assessment, incident investigation, and legal compliance.Good communication and leadership skills.Comfortable working under pressure in a site environment.For application, kindly fill the following link:https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScD1bs2xcYxN0k5vCFLB168Vc1WGnkbHvTmgOzX2bWD1hmg1Q/viewform
