Health Safety Environment Officer - Eastern Province

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team in Dammam. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a safe and healthy working environment across operations and facilities.Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Identify workplace hazards and perform risk assessments.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.Ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulations, and company policies.Prepare HSE reports, records, and documentation.Coordinate emergency response activities and promote a strong safety culture.Monitor contractor and employee compliance with safety requirements.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to health, safety, and environmental performance.Requirements:Diploma or bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in HSE, safety, or related roles.Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards.Familiarity with risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.Strong communication and reporting skills.Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Willingness to work on-site in Dammam.
