Job Description

Conducts regular inspections and checks of work sites, equipment, tools, access areas, temporary facilities, storage areas, and ongoing activities.Monitors Permit To Work, SIMOPS, JSA, and safety controls for high-risk activities including hot work, lifting, work at height, confined spaces, electrical work, scaffolding, and traffic safety.Maintains required inspection, incident, induction, toolbox talk, corrective action, training, and HSE monitoring records and prepares periodic HSE reports and statistics.Monitors contractor and subcontractor activities for compliance with company IMS, approved project HSE requirements, and applicable client requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Diploma in HSE, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years’ offshore HSE experience.NEBOSH IGC and IOSH certification required; OSHA certification is an added advantage.Valid BOSIET/FOET, HUET, H2S, and Offshore Medical certifications are mandatory.Strong knowledge of Permit To Work (PTW), JSA, SIMOPS-Adnoc, risk assessment, emergency response, and applicable offshore safety standards.
