Location: Riyadh Industrial Area 2, Saudi ArabiaLevel: Intermediate Level (3-5 Years Experience)Role OverviewOur client, a leading plastic manufacturing company based in Riyadh Industrial Area 2, is seeking an entry-level HSE Supervisor to support and oversee workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.

The role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about safety culture and eager to develop their career in industrial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor workplace activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Support in the development and implementation of safety training and awareness programs.Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare reports with recommendations.Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices across all operational areas.Maintain accurate records of safety observations, training, and compliance documents.Assist in implementing emergency response and evacuation procedures.Work closely with operations teams to promote a proactive safety culture.QualificationsDiploma or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (minimum requirement).0–3 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.Knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HSE standards, and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.Strong communication and observation skills.Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).English and Arabic is a mustSkills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.Team-oriented with the ability to influence others towards safe practices.Willingness to learn and grow within the HSE field.
