Healthcare Architect

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Architect with strong expertise in architectural visualization, 3D modelling, photorealistic rendering, animation, and walkthroughs to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background combined with excellent visualization skills and a keen eye for design, lighting, materials, composition, and visual storytelling. Experience working on healthcare or other complex architectural projects will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality 3D architectural and interior visualizations for design presentations and project development.Create photorealistic renders with a strong focus on lighting, materials, textures, composition, and detailing.Develop 3D models, animations, walkthroughs, and virtual presentations.Translate architectural concepts and drawings into compelling visual representations.Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and other multidisciplinary teams.Support design presentations and client-facing visual materials.Maintain consistency and accuracy across architectural visualization outputs.Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization, rendering, real-time rendering, and AI visualization technologies.Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.7–10 years of relevant experience in an architectural practice, visualization studio, or similar environment.Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic architectural and interior visualizations.Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, composition, camera techniques, and visual storytelling.Proven experience in creating animations, walkthroughs, and architectural presentations.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interest in keeping up with emerging visualization technologies and AI tools.Software SkillsCandidates should demonstrate proficiency in at least 2–3 software/tools across the relevant categories:3D Modelling / BIMAutodesk RevitSketchUp ProRhino 3DAutodesk 3ds MaxBlenderPhotorealistic RenderingChaos V-RayCorona RendererD5 RenderEnscapeLumionReal-Time RenderingTwinmotionUnreal Engine 5UnityAnimation & WalkthroughsTwinmotionUnreal EngineLumionD5 RenderPost-ProductionAdobe PhotoshopAdobe After EffectsAdobe Premiere ProDaVinci ResolveAI VisualizationMidjourneyStable DiffusionAdobe FireflyVeras (EvolveLAB)LookX AI
