قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole: Healthcare Business AnalystLocation: DubaiExp: 6+yrsNotice Period: ImmediateJob Description:Healthcare Domain & Compliance Alignment• Ensure requirements and data models reflect relevant healthcare data standards and interoperability conventions (e.g., HL7 FHIR, ICD-10, SNOMED CT where applicable) and align with UAE health information exchange context (e.g., Malaffi in Abu Dhabi, Riayati/NABIDH-equivalent structures in Dubai) where the source systems are in scope.• Coordinate with the program's compliance workstream to ensure healthcare data handling aligns with DDA data classification guidelines and applicable UAE health data privacy requirements; this role documents and implements requirements — formal regulatory sign-off remains with the client's compliance/legal function and the program's Data Privacy Officer coordination point.• Support UAT planning and execution with healthcare business users, ensuring test scenarios reflect real clinical/operational workflows.Required Experience & Qualificationso Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Life Sciences, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; relevant Master's degree an advantage.o 6–10 years of overall Business Analyst experience, with at least 3–4 years specifically on healthcare data, EHR/HIS, claims, or clinical analytics programs.o Demonstrated experience writing user stories and managing a backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).o Hands-on data analysis skills — SQL required; experience with BI/analytics tooling (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and basic Python/R data analysis a strong plus.o Working knowledge of healthcare data standards and terminologies (HL7 FHIR/HL7 v2, ICD-10, SNOMED CT, LOINC) — depth expected to vary by seniority, but foundational fluency is required.o Familiarity with UAE/GCC healthcare regulatory and health information exchange landscape (DHA, DoH Abu Dhabi, Malaffi, national HIE initiatives) strongly preferred.• Experience on large-scale data platform/data warehouse/lakehouse programs (exposure to Databricks, Dremio, Snowflake, or similar) is a plus, though the core of this role is business/data analysis rather than engineering.• Certifications such as CBAP/CCBA (IIBA), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or healthcare informatics certifications (e.g., CAHIMS) are preferred, not mandatory.• English fluency mandatory; Arabic proficiency an advantage given stakeholder base.• UAE market availability preferred; healthcare-sector clearance/background-check readiness may be required depending on client data sensitivity.Success Metrics• Quality and clarity of user stories (measured via reduced rework/clarification cycles with engineering)• Requirements traceability from business need through to delivered feature• Data quality issues identified and resolved pre-go-live• Stakeholder satisfaction (clinical/business sponsor feedback)• UAT pass rate and defect leakage into production
