Our mission is to ensure uninterrupted access to high-quality, compliant healthcare solutions across the Middle East—demanding precision, agility, and regulatory awareness in every operation.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end logistics for medical product imports: customs clearance, documentation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to healthcare facilities.Ensure strict compliance with UAE Ministry of Health & Prevention (MOHAP) regulations, GSO standards, and international medical device licensing requirements.Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and healthcare procurement teams to meet tight delivery windows and inventory benchmarks.Track and report on shipment status, stock levels, and potential supply chain disruptions using ERP or logistics tracking software.Resolve documentation or customs bottlenecks promptly to avoid delays in life-critical medical supply chains.Support internal audits and quality reviews to maintain ISO 13485/ISO 9001 compliance in medical logistics operations.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveMOHAP License ComplianceMedical Device Import RegulationsCustoms Clearance (UAE)ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)Logistics Tracking ToolsISO 13485Inventory ManagementGSO StandardsPreferredExperience with cold chain logistics for biologics or vaccinesArabic language proficiency (written/spoken)Previous work with MoH or Dubai Health Authority (DHA) procurement systemsBenefits & Culture HighlightsOn-site work in Dubai with flexible shift options to support 24/7 healthcare supply needsDirect impact on UAE’s public health infrastructure and medical readinessOpportunity to grow into regional healthcare logistics leadership with training supportSkills: compliance,procurement,healthcare,health
