The company focuses on advancing healthcare in the region through availability, continuous readiness, quality-driven operations, and a strong commitment to scientific best practices.Role Description The Healthcare Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The consultant will work closely with healthcare facilities to assess operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions across management, licensing, recruitment, IT, and quality domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting facility assessments, analyzing operational and clinical workflows, and supporting accreditation and compliance initiatives.The role involves preparing reports and presentations, advising on regulatory requirements, DET, DHCC, DOH, DHA, MOH, EDE, etc... The consultant will also provide ongoing guidance, training, and support to healthcare teams to help them achieve performance and quality targets.QualificationsStrong analytical skills, including data analysis, feasibility assessment, and capacity planning.Consulting experience, with the ability to diagnose organizational needs, develop recommendations, and manage client relationships.Healthcare consulting expertise and solid understanding of healthcare industry operations, regulations, and best practices.Knowledge of Medicare and other healthcare financing or insurance frameworks, and their impact on facility management.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.Experience working with healthcare facilities on licensing, accreditation, and quality management initiatives.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with healthcare IT systems or electronic medical records is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to visit client facilities as needed.
