The company focuses on creating structured, impactful wellness initiatives that improve health outcomes and support long-term wellbeing for diverse populations.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Management Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Healthcare Management Specialist will manage and coordinate preventive and wellness programs for corporate clients, schools, and other partner organizations. Responsibilities include overseeing case management activities, tracking health outcomes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The role involves working closely with internal teams, health providers, and client representatives to design and optimize wellness initiatives, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement. The specialist will also prepare reports, analyze program performance, and contribute to the development of new health and wellness offerings.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Healthcare Management and Healthcare Industry knowledge to oversee programs and collaborate with health providers.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor outcomes, and support evidence-based decision-making.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, partners, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.Candidates should possess experience in Case Management to coordinate services, follow up on participant needs, and maintain accurate documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.Experience in corporate wellness, insurance, or preventive health programs is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and basic data reporting tools, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to equitable, person-centered care.
