*Only applicants currently residing in the Palm Beach Co. metro area will be considered*About the PositionAn established home health company, proudly serving the community since 2003, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Healthcare Marketing & Community Outreach Representative to develop and maintain referral relationships throughout the West Palm Beach to Jupiter area.This position is ideal for a personable, self-motivated professional who enjoys building relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and other referral sources.Key Responsibilities· Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare referral sources.· Conduct regular outreach and in-person visits to referral partners throughout the assigned territory.· Promote the company’s private home care services and communicate the benefits of our services to potential referral sources.· Identify and develop new referral opportunities and community partnerships.· Represent the company professionally at community events, healthcare meetings, and networking opportunities.· Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources.· Track outreach activities, referrals, and relationship-development efforts.· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive experience for clients and referral partners.

Location: West Palm Beach to Jupiter, Florida Schedule: Monday–Friday; occasional weekends and holidays as neededQualifications· 2 years of home health, home care, hospice, senior care, or healthcare marketing experience is required.· Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.· Comfortable making professional calls and conducting face-to-face visits with physicians and healthcare professionals.· Self-starter who is proactive, motivated, organized, and able to work independently.· Strong customer-service and networking skills.· Computer savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM and other business software.· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.· Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.· Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed.Salary and Benefit Information· Competitive salary up to $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.· Automobile compensation.· Health care benefits.· An opportunity to build meaningful relationships within the healthcare and senior-care community.· The opportunity to grow with an established home health organization serving the community since 2003.
