Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Healthcare Partnerships Executive to build and manage CureAble’s network of doctors, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare professionals.The person will be responsible for identifying potential partners, establishing relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions, developing referral partnerships and creating long-term collaborations that contribute to CureAble’s growth.Key Responsibilities1.

Doctor & Healthcare Partnerships- Identify and onboard pediatricians, psychiatrists, psychologists, developmental specialists and other relevant healthcare professionals.- Build strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare stakeholders.- Develop structured doctor referral and collaboration programs.- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with existing and prospective partners.2. Hospital & Clinic Tie-ups- Identify potential hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions for partnerships.- Initiate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial collaboration models.- Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of partnerships.- Maintain a database of all healthcare partners and partnership status.3. Business Development- Generate qualified referrals and business opportunities through the healthcare network.- Explore new channels for patient acquisition through doctors and healthcare institutions.- Develop local healthcare networks across Delhi-NCR.- Support expansion into new locations through strategic healthcare partnerships.4. Relationship Management- Maintain regular communication with partner doctors and institutions.- Understand partner requirements and ensure timely resolution of concerns.- Organise doctor meets, awareness sessions, workshops and professional engagement activities.- Build long-term relationships rather than one-time referral arrangements.5. Reporting & Performance Tracking- Maintain weekly and monthly partnership reports.- Track: - New doctors approached - Meetings conducted - Doctors onboarded - Active referral partners - Referrals generated - Conversions from referrals - Revenue generated through partnerships- Provide regular updates to the management team.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)KPI| Suggested Monthly TargetNew doctors approached| 50–75Doctor meetings| 25–40New doctors onboarded| 10–15Hospital/clinic meetings| 5–10Active referral partners| 10+Qualified referrals| Based on territory & networkPartnership conversion| Track monthlyNew institutional tie-ups| 2–5Targets can be revised after the first 60–90 days based on actual market response.Candidate Profile- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, doctor relations, hospital relations, medical sales or a similar role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Comfortable meeting doctors and senior healthcare professionals.- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.- Experience in healthcare, child development, therapy, hospitals, clinics or allied healthcare will be preferred.- Ability to work with targets and maintain structured reporting.Preferred BackgroundCandidates from:- Hospitals- Diagnostic centres- Healthcare startups- Child development centres- Therapy organisations- Pharma/medical sales- Health-tech companies- Healthcare B2B/B2C partnershipswill be preferred.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be someone who can open doors, build trust with doctors, convert conversations into partnerships and maintain those relationships over the long term.They should be equally comfortable with field networking, meetings, negotiations, follow-ups and performance tracking.
