More information is available on the Astek Saudi Arabia and UAE country pages, and candidates can reach Astek Middle East at contact-astekme@astek-international.com.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Healthcare Pre-Sales Engineer to support sales and bid teams by designing healthcare solutions, preparing technical proposals, and delivering proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and demonstrations for healthcare clients and tenders.The ideal candidate will combine healthcare technology knowledge with strong technical writing, solution design, and client-facing communication skills, with particular experience in healthcare tender proposals.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate RFP and RFI requirements into end-to-end healthcare technical solutions.Prepare and take ownership of technical proposal sections covering solution design, architecture, implementation, security, and integrations.Design and execute proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and system demonstrations for healthcare use cases.Support client presentations, technical workshops, and bid clarification sessions.Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales engagements.Collaborate with sales and bid teams to develop technical solutions that address client requirements.Requirements6–10 years of experience in healthcare pre-sales or solution consulting.Strong experience preparing and writing technical proposals for healthcare tenders.Hands-on experience delivering proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and technical demonstrations.Knowledge of healthcare systems, including HIS and EMR/EHR platforms.Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR.Strong technical writing, presentation, and communication skills.Fluency in both Arabic and English.Key SkillsHealthcare pre-sales and solution consultingHealthcare tender and technical proposal writingRFP/RFI analysisHealthcare solution design and architectureProof-of-concept development and demonstrationsHIS and EMR/EHR systemsHL7 and FHIR interoperabilityClient presentations and technical workshopsArabic and English fluency
