The candidate will be responsible for generating healthcare recruitment requirements, developing relationships with hospitals and clinics, and promoting Medico Hub's Healthcare Recruitment, Staffing Solutions, Third-Party Payroll, and AI Hospital Management Software.Key Responsibilities Visit hospitals, clinics, medical centres, and healthcare organizations. Meet Hospital Owners, HR Managers, Medical Directors, and Administrators. Generate doctor, nursing, and allied healthcare staffing requirements. Promote Medico Hub's Healthcare Recruitment, Third-Party Payroll, and AI Software solutions. Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations. Build long-term client relationships. Achieve monthly business targets. Submit daily visit and weekly sales reports.Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. 1–5 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment, Staffing, HR, or B2B Business Development. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Valid UAE Driving Licence (Preferred). Own vehicle is an added advantage.
