The team is committed to partnering with organizations that want to prioritize health, team building, and long-term well-being for their workforce.Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the safe and effective delivery of sports events and corporate wellness programs. This role involves providing first-line medical support during events, assessing participant health needs, and responding to injuries or emergencies in alignment with established protocols. The Healthcare Specialist will collaborate with event managers and trainers to design and review health and safety plans, conduct pre-event briefings, and contribute to participant education on injury prevention and wellness. Daily tasks include maintaining medical equipment and supplies, documenting medical incidents, coordinating with local healthcare providers when needed, and ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations and organizational policies.Qualifications Demonstrated healthcare expertise with skills in Medicine and EMT, including basic life support and emergency response.Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively with participants, clients, and cross-functional teams.Experience in Training, such as delivering health and safety briefings, wellness workshops, or basic first aid sessions.Background in Healthcare, ideally within sports medicine, occupational health, or event-based medical support.Relevant certification (e.g., EMT license, nursing or other clinical qualification) and up-to-date CPR/BLS training.Ability to work on-site during events, adapt to dynamic environments, and make sound decisions under pressure.Knowledge of health and safety standards, with familiarity with regional regulations in Saudi Arabia considered an advantage.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
