Heating Air Conditioning Technician

Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort within CureMD facilities. Day-to-day duties include inspecting equipment, performing scheduled and preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and completing timely repairs to minimize downtime. The technician will monitor system performance, adjust controls, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. This role also involves coordinating with facility management, documenting work performed, managing tools and spare parts, and responding to urgent maintenance requests as needed.QualificationsStrong troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems, including diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and resolving performance issues.Knowledge of plumbing related to HVAC operations, such as piping, drainage, and condensate management.Experience with preventive maintenance practices, including scheduled inspections, cleaning, and component replacement to extend equipment life.Solid foundation in electricity, including reading wiring diagrams, working with control panels, and safely handling electrical components.Previous experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar building maintenance role, preferably in commercial or institutional facilities.Technical diploma, vocational training, or certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or a related field.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, follow safety protocols, and communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.Email Cv to: Muhamamd.Amir@curemd.com
