The company offers customized solutions tailored to client needs across diverse sectors.Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The technician will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial, educational, and healthcare facilities, ensuring optimal performance and comfort. Daily tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing routine inspections, carrying out preventive maintenance, and responding to service calls. The role also involves coordinating with project teams, following safety and environmental regulations, documenting work performed, and advising clients on proper system use and energy-efficient practices. The technician is expected to support timely project execution and uphold company standards for quality and reliability.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving HVAC system issues efficiently.Candidates should possess Plumbing skills relevant to HVAC systems, including piping, drainage, and fluid connections.Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills, including routine inspection, cleaning, and servicing of heating and air conditioning equipment.Candidates should possess EPA-related knowledge and certifications (or equivalent local environmental regulations) for handling refrigerants and ensuring compliance.Candidates should possess Electricity skills, including safe handling of electrical components, wiring, and control panels in HVAC systems.Relevant technical diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.Previous experience as an HVAC technician in commercial or institutional projects is highly beneficial.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.Strong understanding of safety practices and local building codes.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse site teams.
