Heating Air Conditioning Technician

Company: Sunrise Real Estate Enterprises LLCLocation: Sharjah, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeSunrise Real Estate Enterprises LLC is looking for an experienced AC Technician to join our maintenance team in Sharjah.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, maintain, and repair air-conditioning systems.Diagnose AC faults and carry out necessary repairs.Perform preventive and routine maintenance.Repair and replace compressors, motors, thermostats, capacitors, control boards, and other AC components.Check refrigerant levels and identify gas leaks.Carry out AC cleaning, servicing, and filter replacement.Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to AC systems.Respond to maintenance requests efficiently.Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards.Coordinate with the maintenance team and report completed work.RequirementsPrevious experience as an AC Technician in the UAE preferred.Good knowledge of split AC, ducted split, package units, and central AC systems.Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.Basic electrical knowledge related to HVAC systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physically fit and able to handle field maintenance work.Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a reliable and technically skilled technician who can identify problems quickly, provide effective solutions, and maintain a high standard of workmanship across our properties.Interested candidates can apply through LinkedIn with their updated CV.
