The technician will install, inspect, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. Daily tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. The technician will work with electricity and plumbing connections related to HVAC systems, follow safety and environmental regulations, and accurately document service activities. Collaboration with supervisors, facility staff, and other trades is expected to support timely completion of work orders and high-quality customer service.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving HVAC system issues efficiently.Candidates should possess practical Plumbing skills to install, connect, and repair piping and related components for heating and cooling systems.Candidates should possess experience with Preventive Maintenance to perform routine inspections, cleaning, and adjustments that extend equipment lifespan.Candidates should possess knowledge of EPA-related standards and safe handling of refrigerants, along with relevant environmental compliance awareness.Candidates should possess foundational Electricity skills to work safely with wiring, controls, and electrical components in HVAC systems.Formal technical training or certification in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical fields is beneficial.Prior experience in HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance, preferably in commercial or residential settings, is an advantage.Ability to read technical manuals and schematics, follow safety procedures, and use diagnostic tools effectively.Good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to local regulations and workplace practices.
