The candidate should be capable of handling residential AC preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and emergency service calls independently.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform AC installation, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.Handle AMC preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for residential properties.Carry out scheduled AMC visits and ensure all required AC maintenance activities are completed.Service and troubleshoot split AC, ducted split, package units, and FCUs.Perform AC filter, coil, drain line, and general unit cleaning.Diagnose cooling problems, electrical faults, refrigerant leaks, and component failures.Perform refrigerant/gas charging and leak testing when required.Repair or replace compressors, capacitors, motors, thermostats, contactors, sensors, and other components.Attend breakdown and emergency maintenance calls.Conduct AC inspections and identify repair, spare-part, and maintenance requirements.Complete AMC checklists, service reports, inspection reports, and job cards.Provide information required for quotations and material requests.Communicate professionally with residential customers regarding AC issues and completed work.Follow company safety and quality standards.Support other home-maintenance activities when required.Requirements2–5 years UAE experience as an AC Technician.Previous experience in a Home Maintenance / AMC company is highly preferred.Good knowledge of AMC procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.Strong AC troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.Able to work independently and handle multiple service calls.Good customer-service and communication skills.Knowledge of basic electrical or other home-maintenance works is an advantage.UAE driving licence is an advantage.Immediate joiners preferred.
