Heating Air Conditioning Technician

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.Candidates should possess practical plumbing skills related to HVAC systems, including piping, drainage,2 and connections.Candidates should possess solid preventive maintenance skills, including routine inspections, cleaning, adjustments, and component replacement.Candidates should possess knowledge of EPA-related regulations and safe handling of refrigerants and other controlled substances.Candidates should possess foundational electricity skills for working with HVAC electrical components, controls, and wiring.Relevant technical diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field is preferred.Experience in facilities management or building services within commercial or residential environments is an advantage.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders, and to complete clear service reports.Strong adherence to safety protocols, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.transferable iqama and able to join immediately experience in soft facility management
