This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The HVAC Manager is responsible for leading technical teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing workflow and schedules, and optimizing resource use on site. Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, inspecting systems, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and preparing progress reports and documentation. The role also includes monitoring customer satisfaction, supporting sales and service activities, and implementing continuous improvements in HVAC operations and service delivery.Qualifications Strong technical background in HVAC systems and plumbing, with hands-on experience managing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.Demonstrated ability to promote and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and customer service in a project-based environment.Experience supporting sales processes related to HVAC and ventilation solutions, including project scoping, technical input, and after-sales support.Proven leadership skills in supervising field technicians and contractors, managing schedules, and enforcing safety and quality standards.Knowledge of relevant HVAC codes, standards, and best practices, preferably with exposure to large-scale or industrial ventilation projects.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and manage multiple concurrent projects under contract timelines.Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology,
