The HVAC Technician will perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems serving villa properties, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and indoor comfort. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential villa and commercial air conditioning systems. This role requires a technician who is technically competent, customer-friendly, and capable of representing the company professionally at client sites.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot faults in residential and commercial air conditioning chiller systems.Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.Service and repair split AC, ducted split, package units, and VRF/VRV systems.Perform fault finding on electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.Inspect, test, and commission repaired systems to ensure optimal performance.Identify spare parts and recommend repair or replacement solutions.Complete maintenance reports and job documentation accurately.Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment.Deliver excellent customer service while working at villas and commercial properties.Mandatory RequirementsMinimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience in AC maintenance and troubleshooting.Previous experience working with a facility management or maintenance company.Strong experience in villa and commercial HVAC maintenance.Mandatory knowledge and hands-on experience with VRF/VRV AC systems.Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory).Good spoken English; able to communicate effectively with customers.Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented personality.Why join us?1.
