We operate a modern fleet of excavators, dozers, motor graders, soil stabilizers, articulated dump trucks, and other heavy construction equipment.Our reputation depends on equipment showing up ready to work, and our technicians are a critical part of making that happen.We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Technician who takes pride in their work, knows how to troubleshoot and repair heavy iron, and wants to be part of a growing company where their contribution matters.What You'll DoDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipmentWork on excavators, articulated dump trucks, motor graders, dozers, soil stabilizers, and related equipmentTroubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, fuel, emissions, and powertrain systemsComplete preventive maintenance and scheduled servicesPerform inspections on incoming and outgoing rental equipmentRespond to field service calls on customer job sites as neededAccurately document repairs, inspections, and equipment conditionCommunicate equipment status and repair needs with the service and operations teamsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentHelp ensure every machine leaving our yard is ready to go to workWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience repairing heavy construction, earthmoving, or agricultural equipmentStrong working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, emissions, fuel, and powertrain systemsAbility to diagnose problems rather than simply replace partsAbility to read and interpret schematics, service manuals, and diagnostic informationExperience with Hitachi, John Deere, Caterpillar, Volvo, Komatsu, or similar equipment is a plusOwn basic set of hand and power tools; AdvanceTrac provides specialty tools and diagnostic equipmentSelf-motivated and comfortable working independentlyDependable and able to work in a fast-paced equipment rental environmentHigh standards for safety, quality, and workmanshipValid Texas driver's licenseWhat We OfferWe believe a strong benefits package should take care of more than just the employee.
