Heavy Machinery Service Manager / Industrial Equipment After-Sales Lead

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Heavy Machinery Service Manager / Industrial Equipment After-Sales Lead to oversee equipment servicing, maintenance operations, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in heavy equipment maintenance, technical troubleshooting, service operations, and customer relationship management to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily service operations, equipment maintenance, and after-sales activities.Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and equipment troubleshooting.Coordinate field technicians, service engineers, and external service providers.Manage spare parts availability, service schedules, and maintenance resources.Monitor equipment performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.Handle technical issues, warranty claims, and customer service requests.Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support and replacement parts.Monitor service costs, operational budgets, and after-sales performance KPIs.Ensure compliance with equipment safety standards and maintenance procedures.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in heavy machinery maintenance, equipment servicing, or after-sales management.Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical components, engines, and industrial equipment.Familiarity with preventive maintenance, technical diagnostics, and equipment repair.Experience managing service teams, spare parts, and customer support operations.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, coordination, and customer relationship management abilities.Ability to manage multiple service operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
