Hebrew-English Host Nation Coordination and Interpretation Services

We are currently reviewing a bid for a U.S. contractor requiring Hebrew-English Host Nation Coordination and Interpretation Services at Hatzor Air Base and Nevatim Air Base in Israel.Assignment overview:Start date: September 30, 2026Duration: 6 month to 12 months, final duration will be determined in a later stage. Primary position: One full-time Coordinator/Interpreter, providing a minimum of 8 hours per working day.Additional position: One qualified on-call Coordinator/Interpreter, required when simultaneous coverage at both sites is needed.Work may involve either Hatzor or Nevatim and, when required, coordination between the two sites.Services include Hebrew-English interpretation and translation, meetings, phone calls, site visits, inspections, safety/access discussions, and general host-nation coordination.The role also involves assisting with access, security, personnel and site-related coordination.Required qualifications:Israeli citizenshipFluent Hebrew and English, both written and spokenCurrent minimum IDF Level 6 security clearanceWorking knowledge of IDF/installation procedures and the Israeli military environmentRelevant experience, preferably supporting U.S. military contractors in IsraelAbility to work on-site and comply with the required security and confidentiality proceduresAt this stage, could you please confirm:Whether you meet the above qualifications, including IDF Level 6 clearanceYour availability starting September 30, 2026Your full-day rate (8 hours)Your half-day rate (up to 4 hours)Your rate/availability for on-call assignmentsYour rate for after-hours or holiday work, if applicableYour relevant experience with IDF installations and/or U.S. military contractors** Prices to include all fuel, overheads, profits, cost of labor and all other costs associated with the performance of services.
