We're Hiring: Pastry & Chocolate Chefs — Join Keto Kartel's Expansion into Europe 🇦🇪 ➜ 🇧🇬 Keto Kartel is an award-winning Dubai brand built on one uncompromising promise: 100% gluten-free and 100% sugar-free pastries and chocolates that never sacrifice taste. As we grow, we're opening a new state-of-the-art production facility in Bulgaria, and we're looking for talented pastry and chocolate professionals to help us build it. Positions available (all levels): - Executive Pastry Chef - Pastry Sous Chef - Chef de Partie (Pastry) - Chocolatier / Chocolate Chef - Demi Chef de Partie - Commis 1 How it works: - You'll start in our Dubai facility, where you'll train hands-on in our recipes, techniques and standards for a few months. - You'll be onboarded as a full-time employee from the start. - Once your visa is ready and our Bulgarian facility is fully operational, you'll relocate to Bulgaria, Europe, and become part of the founding team there. Who we're looking for: - Professional pastry and/or chocolate experience at the level you're applying for - Passion for precision, quality and innovation - Interest in (or experience with) gluten-free, sugar-free or keto baking — we'll train the right person - Open to relocating to Europe This is a rare opportunity to grow with an award-winning brand and play a key role in its European expansion from day one.
