Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support academic and personal growth. The teacher will manage classroom activities, create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and integrate innovative teaching strategies and technology where appropriate. Additional duties include participating in school events, parent–teacher meetings, faculty collaboration, and ongoing professional development. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Mount Litera Zee School in Kalaburagi.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with proven experience handling high school classes.Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education-related skills to design structured, curriculum-based learning experiences.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear classroom instruction, student guidance, and parent interactions.Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field, with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.Knowledge of CBSE curriculum, classroom management skills, and ability to use educational technology and digital tools in teaching.Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive, respectful classroom environment and support diverse learning needs.Prior experience teaching at the secondary or senior secondary level is highly beneficial.
