High School English Teacher

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site High School English Teacher role based in Al Khobar. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills for high school learners. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and assessments, teaching classes, grading student work, and providing constructive feedback to support academic progress. The teacher will maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment, communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues, and participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events. The role also involves adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning needs, integrating educational technology where appropriate, and contributing to the overall school community.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong English Teaching and general Teaching skills, with experience instructing high school-level students.Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning abilities, including designing structured, curriculum-based lessons and assessments.Candidates should possess clear Communication and Writing skills to present material, provide feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders.Relevant bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification or licensure is highly preferred.Demonstrated classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.Experience with educational technology and digital learning tools is beneficial.Prior experience teaching in international or multicultural school settings in the Gulf region is an advantage.
