This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong electronics lab experience who enjoys combining technical troubleshooting, hardware support, and lab operations in a fast-paced engineering environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operation of a high-speed electronics test labPerform precision soldering, PCB rework, and board-level fault analysisMaintain and support advanced test equipment, including oscilloscopes, VNAs, and BERTsProvide remote and on-site technical support for engineering teamsManage calibration schedules, equipment servicing, and asset trackingOversee procurement, inventory, and laboratory consumablesEnsure the lab remains organised, safe, and operating efficientlyRequirementsDegree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field5+ years' experience in an electronics test or hardware prototyping labExpert-level soldering and SMT rework skills, including BGA reworkExperience with high-speed electronic test equipment and instrumentationKnowledge of calibration management, procurement, and inventory systemsUnderstanding of ESD, OSHA, and laboratory safety standardsStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhat’s on Offer$120k–$475k salary DOEOnsite role in Mountain View, CAEquity alongside a comprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI hardware technologyCollaborative engineering culture with excellent career development opportunities
