Now Classes offers a supportive teaching environment that values dedication, innovation, and student-centered learning.Role Description The Higher Secondary Maths Teacher will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned mathematics lessons to students in higher secondary grades. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, preparing teaching materials, assessing student performance through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback to support academic growth. The teacher will manage classroom activities, maintain discipline, offer additional support to students who need it, and communicate progress to parents and guardians as required. The role also involves participating in staff meetings, contributing to academic planning, and supporting co-curricular activities related to mathematics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong subject expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education.Candidates should possess proven Lesson Planning skills and experience designing structured, engaging learning activities.Candidates should possess qualifications as a Qualified Teacher, with relevant teaching certifications or licenses.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.Experience teaching higher secondary or equivalent grade levels, preferably in an international or diverse classroom environment.Ability to use educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.Commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching practices and continuous professional development.
