Urgent Short-Term Assignment | Riyadh & Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaAbout the OpportunityAs part of S Strategic Services’ training and capability development work, we design and deliver high-end training programmes that support our clients in strengthening service standards, guest experience, and frontline performance.For an upcoming client training programme in Saudi Arabia, we are urgently looking for an experienced Hindi-English Interpreter to provide live interpretation and training support during a frontline development programme for Bellporters.This is not a document translation role. The selected professional will work alongside the trainer during live sessions, helping participants understand concepts, instructions, demonstrations, operational terminology, and practical exercises accurately and naturally.Assignment ScopeThe assignment will take place over two separate weeks:Riyadh: 4–9 October 2026Jeddah: One week in November 2026, exact dates to be confirmedThe interpreter will support training covering areas such as:Guest welcome and first impressionsBellporter and luggage-handling service standardsProfessional communication and guest interactionGrooming, presentation, and professional conductGuest privacy and discretionProactive service and attention to detailHandling guest requests and complaintsTeam communication and coordinationSOPs and operational proceduresPractical demonstrations, scenarios, and role-playsWho We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate should have:Full professional fluency in Hindi and EnglishProven experience in live/consecutive interpretation, preferably in training or operational environmentsBackground or strong understanding of hospitality, customer experience, guest services, or service operationsAbility to interpret terminology and concepts accurately while maintaining the meaning, tone, and practical context of the trainerConfidence interpreting in front of groups and during interactive activitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work closely with trainers and adapt quickly during practical exercises and role playsProfessional conduct, discretion, and cultural awarenessAvailability for the full training week in Riyadh and, preferably, the subsequent assignment in JeddahPrevious experience supporting hospitality training, luxury hotels, premium guest services, tourism, concierge, bell services, or other high-end service environments will be considered an advantage.Assignment DetailsRole: Hindi-English Interpreter / Training Support
