The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, reading, writing, and communication skills, along with the ability to adapt teaching methods according to the age and learning level of students.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging and interactive online Hindi classes.Teach Hindi language, grammar, literature, reading, writing, vocabulary, and comprehension.Handle students from lower grades to higher grades, according to assigned classes.Prepare and deliver lessons according to the provided curriculum and learning objectives.Explain concepts using age-appropriate examples and interactive teaching methods.Encourage students to participate actively and develop confidence in Hindi communication.Assess student understanding through questions, activities, assignments, and tests.Provide constructive feedback and identify areas where students need improvement.Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement during online sessions.Follow BrainX Learning's teaching methodology, class structure, and academic guidelines.Use digital teaching tools and BrainX-provided learning materials/content effectively.Maintain punctuality and ensure classes are conducted for the complete scheduled duration.Coordinate with the academic team regarding student progress and classroom requirements.
