The role involves designing and delivering structured training sessions in C programming for students and corporate participants, including lectures, hands-on labs, and project-based learning. The trainer will develop and update curriculum and training materials aligned with current industry standards, assess learner performance through assignments and evaluations, and provide feedback to support skill development. The faculty member will participate in student mentoring, academic counseling, and placement-focused training activities, while collaborating with internal teams to support fresher hiring initiatives and corporate training requirements. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to academic planning, conducting workshops, and maintaining accurate training documentation and reports.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills, with the ability to explain C programming concepts clearly and guide learners through practical exercises.Candidates should possess solid Curriculum Development and Education skills to design, structure, and continuously improve course content and learning outcomes.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, classroom management, and learner engagement.Relevant qualifications such as an M Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with strong proficiency in C programming and related tools.Experience in academic or corporate training environments, familiarity with assessment methods, and the ability to align training with industry requirements.Comfort with using digital tools for teaching (e.g., IDEs, LMS platforms, online resources) and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Strong organizational skills, a learner-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, corporate partners, and institutional stakeholders.
