We're expanding our outreach team and hiring for this cohort now.What you'll doReach roofing company owners across the US through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and email. Start conversations, qualify interest, and book calls onto our clients' calendars. Writing-based outreach, not phone calls.PayPerformance-based, uncapped, paid weekly and monthly:$10 per qualified call booked (calls 1-8 in a month), $20 from your 9th$75 when a contractor you booked becomes a paying client$50 for each of that client's next two months with usMonthly bonus of $70 to $250+ depending on how many clients you help sign that monthAfter 3 months on target: $250/month base on top of all of the aboveRealistic first-3-months range based on our current model: $785 (getting started) to $1,870+ (top performer). Rates increase as our client pricing scales. No fees, no deposits, no paid training, ever.Where this can goStrong performers move into client success, calling clients' inbound leads, or our own setter and closer seats, each with higher pay.
