Hiring: Engineer – IP Core Planning | UAE

We are looking for an experienced Engineer – IP Core Planning to join our telecommunications team in the UAE.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IP Core Network planning, design, optimization, capacity management, and network modernization within a telecom environment.Offered Salary - 12000 AEDKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize IP Core Network architecture in collaboration with equipment vendors.Plan and execute major IP Core node modernization, upgrades, and migration projects.Perform network capacity planning based on traffic forecasts and historical utilization trends.Conduct laboratory testing and validation of new network features before live deployment.Develop Method of Procedure (MOP) documents and configuration plans for network changes.Analyze network performance KPIs and recommend design enhancements.Coordinate with Network Operations, Service Design teams, and vendors for migration activities.Develop network automation use cases and network intelligence architecture.Support IPv4/IPv6 address management and IP resource optimization.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.3–6 years of relevant experience in IP networking, preferably within the telecommunications industry.Strong knowledge of IP Core Network planning, design, routing, and optimization.Experience in network capacity planning, lab testing, migration, and modernization.Knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 addressing and network performance analysis.Exposure to network automation and network intelligence is an advantage.CCIE or JNCIE certification is preferred.
