Hiring F&B Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions for restaurant operations* Reconcile POS sales, cash, credit cards, gift cards, and third-party delivery platforms* Monitor COGS movement and margins* Oversee inventory accounting, vendor invoices, and waste/shrinkage reporting* Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements* Manage accounts payable, including food, beverage, and service vendors* Ensure compliance with FTA regulations on sales and purchase taxes* Prepare monthly financial statements and other adhoc reports * Support audits and coordinate with tax consultants on VAT and CT filing* Preparation of UAE VAT returns and submission. ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE VAT regulation.Desired Candidate Profile:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field* 3+ years of accounting experience in food and beverage industry in UAE* Strong understanding of POS systems and restaurant workflows* Experience with inventory management and food & beverage cost controls* Strong financial and analytical skills* Proficiency with accounting software such as Quickbooks* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail HOW TO APPLYSend your CV to: careers@italianstyle.ae
