Team members join a customer-focused environment that blends technology, education, and branding support.Role Description The Hiring Manager at Creators Mind™ is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions. The Hiring Manager will collaborate with department leads to understand role requirements, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain high service quality in all talent acquisition activities. Daily tasks include managing recruitment pipelines, tracking hiring metrics, onboarding new team members, and organizing training or induction sessions. The role also involves improving hiring processes, supporting employer branding efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.Qualifications Strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience managing full-cycle talent acquisition and selection processes.Excellent communication abilities, with capacity to engage candidates and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.Commitment to service quality, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the hiring journey.Experience in training and onboarding, with skills in organizing sessions and supporting new hires’ integration.Relevant experience as a Hiring Manager, Recruiter, or HR professional, preferably in tech, education, or startup environments.Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple hiring priorities, and maintain accurate documentation and tracking.Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and basic MS Office or equivalent productivity software.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
