The company builds LMS and CMS platforms, custom software and cloud solutions, and delivers learning experience design, media development, K-12 and higher-education services, and publishing and prepress work.About the role We are looking for a Hiring Manager to own mid-to-senior hiring across technology, content and instructional design functions. You will lead a team of hiring executives and recruiters, driving requisitions from intake to offer, while staying hands-on with the most critical and senior roles yourself. This is a people-management role as much as a recruiting one — you will set hiring strategy, manage recruiter performance, and be the primary point of accountability for closing quality hires on time.Key responsibilitiesManage and mentor a team of hiring executives/recruiters handling mid-to-senior requisitionsOwn end-to-end hiring for technology, content and instructional design roles, from intake to offer and onboarding handoffPartner directly with business and department heads to define role requirements and hiring strategyBuild and manage sourcing pipelines for niche tech, content and ID talentDrive screening, interview panels and candidate evaluation standards across the teamTrack hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer-to-join ratio) and report on team performanceImprove hiring processes, screening frameworks and candidate experienceManage stakeholder communication and expectations across open requisitionsWhat you'll getOpportunity to lead and build out a growing talent acquisition function across tech, content and instructional designDirect ownership of hiring strategy for a fast-scaling EdTech business, with real influence over process and outcomesHealth Insurance PF and Gratuity complianceCollaborative, on-site/hybrid work environment with an experienced leadership teamWhat we are looking forProven experience managing or leading a recruitment/hiring teamStrong track record hiring for mid-to-senior tech, content and/or instructional design rolesExperience handling multiple concurrent requisitions across functionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable owning hiring metrics and reporting on team outputMust be based in Pune — candidates outside Pune will not be consideredSalary: ₹14-20 LPALocation: Pune (mandatory — no relocation candidates)
