Location: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid)Pay Rate: $50/hr-$60/hr (Depending upon experience)Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer with extensive background in IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and strong document authoring skills to translate complex concepts into clear, high-quality documentation, training packages, and online help systems.Qualifications & Requirements Education & ExperienceUniversity undergraduate degree or diploma OR 10+ years of progressive IT experience.10+ years of hands-on experience authoring and reviewing complex technical documentation. Technical ExpertiseDeep understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and terminology, specifically across networking (LAN/WAN), server architecture, and telephony systems.Strong working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern software development practices.Familiarity and direct experience working with ITSG-33 or equivalent cybersecurity and compliance standards.
